Tuscany is a province in northwest Italy, on whose territory lie such famous cities of art like Pisa, Florence, Siena, Pontedera, Leghorn. Tuscany is renowned as the land of fine wines and magnificent specimens of culinary art. In addition Tuscany is also famous for the beauty of its nature, rich flora of the Worlds and the abundance of hot mineral springs. The Tuscan landscape is mostly hilly and mountainous; few plain territories are found only in coastal areas and valleys. Harmonious landscape of mountains, hills and plains, open up spectacular views of olive trees, cypresses, and large expanses of vineyards. Wild beaches give way to modern beach resorts.

Tourism is the main industry in Tuscany, as the region is of interest not only to Italians, but also for foreign tourists, including those who acquired villas here. The most desirable tourist locations can be divided into three categories: the first – the famous city of historic and cultural plan, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Arezzo, the second – beach area – Vyareddzho, Marina di Massa, Lidi di Kamaiore, Forte dei Marmi and about. Elbe, and the third – resorts (Montecatini, Chianciano and Bagni di Luca).

A dense network of railways, highways and freeways connect Tuscany and all its parts to other regions of Italy. Major railways lines run from Turin – Genoa – Pisa – Rome and Milan – Bologna – Florence – Rome. In the eastern part of the region is “Motorway of the Sun”, and Siena and Florence are associated roads of national importance. The main airport in Tuscany is located in the vicinity of Pisa, San Giusto.

In reknowed areas such as Chianti a three-bedroom farmhouse can still costs from 900,000 Euros up to almost 5 million Euros for a larger property with vineyards. However many other areas in Tuscany can see prices almost 40% lower and although the property market in Tuscany tends to remain stable you can still find some restoration projects in some beautiful settings.
